This Fire Safety Training Online course is designed to equip learners with the skills and knowledge to prevent a fire and give an understanding of the procedures that they need to follow in the event of a fire in the workplace.

This Fire Safety Training Online course has been built around common sense and legislative guidelines that outline causes of fire, fire prevention, different types of fire and how to deal with fire upon discovery. Learners will gain the skills to help them to identify potential fire hazards and implement fire prevention controls to help maintain their safety and that of their colleagues.

This course is aimed at all employees to assist them in identifying and reducing the risk that fire presents in the workplace.

• Actions on hearing the fire alarm
• Raising an alarm
• Summoning the fire brigade
• Development and spread of fire
• Evacuation procedures
• Method of Evacuation (as applicable)
• Means of escape
• Emergency fire evacuation drills
• Fire Prevention
• Practical demonstration and hands on use of a fire extinguisher

On completion of the course participants will receive a certificate of attendance

Note: All participants must have their cameras on at all times during the presentation and will have to satisfactorily answer a questionnaire at the end to receive their certificate.
